At the end of 2019, Bettina sold her successful advertising agency after twelve years. However, she did not just want to rest on her laurels, but to create something new. A courageous step, because many people cling to the success achieved and do not have the courage to question it.
At the beginning of the pandemic, in 2020, she was left with many ideas in her head and without a job. However, this did not prevent her from founding juli together with Bettina Hein.
Establishing a company during the pandemic is a courageous step. We all agree on that, although Bettina herself does not necessarily classify this as courageous. But what is certainly even more courageous is to turn it into an “all remote company” with employees all over the world!
