Carolina Müller-Möhl:
Founder and President of the Müller-Möhl Group and of the Müller-Möhl Foundation, philanthropist and a member of numerous management boards.
I had the pleasure to talk briefly to Carolina Müller-Möhl about courage and I would like to share her thoughts with you today.
Carolina is one of the most significant female personalities in the Swiss economy. Following the death of her husband, due to an aeroplane accident in 2000, she took the courage to follow in his footsteps and became an investor. She founded the Müller-Möhl Group and made a name for herself as one of the most influential female investors in Switzerland. With Müller-Möhl Foundation, Carolina contributes to socio-political causes with focus on education, compability of family and work and philanthropy. Carolina said in one of her interviews that she sees philanthropy not as a topic reserved purely for wealthy people. Philanthropy puts human beings at the forefront and she believes that this can be done by anybody.
I would like to thank Carolina sincerely for her spontaneous willingness to share her thoughts on courage for takethecourage.com.
